Default Brake Lights/Switch or something else

Recently I started to have a problem. Autocheck system was showing -brake light- and rear passenger side brake light was out. I thought it was just a connection somewhere or bulb and was putting it off for later. Then yesterday after driving fast 70-80mph for an hour or so -brake light- warning sign dissapeared, both rear brake lights went out permanently, and when I put the shifter in Parking position and release the brake pedal, loud clicking sound appears until I press the brake pedal or turn off the car. It was like that for several days now. Just want to know if anybody is familiar with this kind of problem. I think it might be brake switch that needs to be replaced but where is it? I mean location. Thanks.

Default AUTO?

the clicking sounds like the shift lock solenoid...
the brake light switch should be on the brake pedal

Check your wiring to the brake lights and if you have a wagon, it'll be broken going to the 3rd lt.
