Default Climate Control TC

Hi!

I just read out the trouble codes from my CC, because there is no air coming from the center vents.
I got the following codes:
11.5 Central Flap, static block. Motor is cycled; software attempts to eliminate block.
15.7 Air flow flap, sporadic block

Could someone tell me please where can i find these things in the car. What could be the problem?
Air flow flap is the one behind the glovebox?

Did you ever solve this issue?

Yes, you have to clean the servomotors behind the center console.
