I just replaced my rack and pinion, bled the system, and refill my power steering reservoir. I ran the system for about 20 minutes to get the air bubbles out. I put the on the ground and it now has a very stiff steering, doesn't seem like I have power steering at all. I lifted my front tires and it was easy steering, let the tires touched the ground hard steering again. Is there anything I missed?

you ran system but did you with cap off turn steering wheel from lock to lock to remove any (other) air bubbles
