Something's arcing. Did you replace all 6 wires? Good quality parts?

I have a feeling you've unintentionally damaged a plug end on one of the wires. Click is usually heard when something is arcing. I bet it's either: A. Not pushed in all the way(they put too much dielectric grease in new wires, wipe it and put it back on), or, B. Arcing through damaged wire and tapping the block(check for white wire corrosion and flames). If it is not that, I would recommend checking all plugs for cracks, and maybe a new cap and rotor.

Watch it in the dark - look for an arc.
