Default Need some trouble shooting help

Well my check engine light came on with the following codes.

17509 O2 Sensor Circ., Bank 1 - Sensor 1 Voltage too Low/Air Leak

17514 O2 Sensor Circ.,Bank 2 - Sensor 1 Voltage too Low/Air Leak

I changed both sensors and still getting the code. What else could it be. The sensores are universal type with white red and black wire.

Call me crazy, but it sounds like it could be an air leak.

Default You might spray carb cleaner around the intake manifold w/ engine running

Anywhere that you've sprayed, which results in a change in idle, will be the location of a vacuum leak.

Also, if you have a car air injection, make sure the plastic pipes aren't cracked or broken.

Check the hoses for cracks, tighten everything down.

Is there a place that is most likely the cause? I found the hose by the fpr was about to give so it's changed but the code is still in there. I've read that some people have problems with universal O2's. is this a likely culprit? I never took anything apart on this car that would cause an air leak. so basically it comes down to broken vacum hoses or O2's.

No leak anywhere. Replaced all hoses with new ones. Now I'm getting the heater circuit code for both front O2's. I think these universals are junk. Never had these codes or problems before. Is there a way to check these junk sensors?
