Default Power Lock Issue's

I did a little searching but did not seem to find anyone with a similar issue. Both of my rear door locks are stuck in the lock position, I cant even manually pull them up. The front door locks work via key but only one at a time. The alarm horn does sound when I lock the drivers door. All of this started around the time the drain for the cowl clogged causing rain water to flow into the pass side floor. I'm assuming I do not need to check any contact points since the alarm horn is sounding? Maybe the locking system needs reprogramming?

Default I'm thinkin its still the vacuum locks,

i had the same issue not specifically with the two rear doors, but when the vacuum pump is still trying to work it wouldn't let me manually unlock/pull up the stems or use the key.
do you hear any hissing when you lock the door from the inside?

Default I would pull the rear door panels off and inspect the actuators and link rods.

The system is air powered, with a pump under the right side of the rear seat inside a foam box.

Inspect right at the source of the problem, and move toward the pump from there if need be. Look inside the rubber accordian boots that span between the door and the car body because the plastic pipes can break in these areas (as can the wiring).

Default IIRC, there are some plastic clips that hold the metal lock rods in place that can

break. it wouldn't surprise me if one of those clips or a lock rod has jammed from being out of proper alignment. Inspect the area around the door handle lock cylinder very carefully.
