fuel pump relay is on the panel above the pedals - you have to remove the small under dash sorage bin to get to it. You should be able to hear it click in sometimes when you turn on the ignition then drop after about 2 secs.

I Hope This Helps
An old Fashion Mechanic told me if "Car wont Start" , its one of 2 things either Fuel or Electrical.
First and foremost is check for fuel delivery than spark.
1.Remove fuel filter and place a container by the hose from tank and start the car.if no fuel comes out from hose its either fuel pump or pump relay.
2.If fuel comes out from the hose leading to tank.
than check for spark on plugs by unplugging the plug wire and holding a screwdriver to it while cranking. This is very dangerous but the best way to test.(Use Insulated tools and stay clear of metal parts). If no spark try replacing plug wires.
If all has spark than it could be cam sensor.

IF YOU GET NO FUEL, lean under pass side rear of car by door
and whack the gas tank hard. if the pump has stopped this will get it going for a while. best to whack it while someone else is cranking it. my pump stopped last week, and this got it going ran all week and again stopped yeaterday, luckly my pump is here so I will change it out tonight ($109) for the pump. but yes first crack a line on the fuel filter to test for fuel, if fuel sprays out then pull a spark plug and test for spark, if no spark then it could be many things. hope for fuel pump!!
