Slipping of gear.

Slipping of gear.
Audi A6C4 1995 2.8AAH quattro 4hp18.
I have a couple problems with my transmition.
1. I have rattling noise in transmition after 30 seconds of cold starting and for 1-2 minutes. Then noise gone until next cold starting. Multi ATF Kixx inside, level is correct, oil is fresh.
2. I have slipping of 3rd to 4th gear shifting when transmition is hot, when is cold all shifts is good. But interesting that as less rpm has engine when 3-4 gear shift as more slipping happening. For example if I push slightly on accelerator and 3-4 shift on speed 50 - 60 km/h, rpm of engine increased from 1800 to 2200 then kick, rpm decreased to 1400 (4th gear in operation. If I push on accelerator stronger and 3-4 shift happening above 80 km/h and 2500 rpm there is no jumping of gauge and I just feel very little push.
The most interesting that if I switch off the battery for couple hours, next 2-3 days transmittion working perfect!
Could anybody help me by advise? Thank you.

The "rattling automatic gearbox cold" usually indicates the ATF level is too low..very common A6-C4 problem. Be sure and check the ATF level by the book..it may solve your 3-4 shift problems too.

Thank you for advise and aspecially for attached guide, but it does not help. Do anybody have description of connecting of TCM of audi's 4hp18. In common ZF 4hp18 guide scheme is not apropriate for audi, some pins are not exist in fact. I want to try install a relay for totally disconnect TCM from battery when ACC is off. I believe that problem is wrong adaptation of TCM to drive style, but I do not want change the TCM...yet...
Thank you.
Thank you.
