windshield wipers not working
this morning my windshield wipers stopped working. Im getting no noise or anything. First how many motors control them and where are they located (how do i get that cover off near the windshield) and could it be anything else besides a burned out motor. How much would a new motor cost also.

One motor. Get that cover off. I bet it is a relay or fuse.
|
If you turned them on while the blades were frozen onto the glass then ....
it could have blown the fuse. The fuses are located behind a cover on the end of the dashbaord - you have to access it with the drivers door open. There is list inside the cover and a small tool for removing the blown/suspect fuse.

not fuse, what else should i look for
washer pump works, but no blown fuse, also which piece under that cover is the motor

Wipers do not work.
Thank you for the membership, and this may have already been discussed, but here goes. My wipers to not turn on, no spray nothing. 2003 2.7 A6 Quattro. any Ideas other than fuse? I also replaced the radio with an after market Kenwood, but It did work after installation.

Im having somewhat of the same issue. I went to turn my wipers on in my 2012 A6 and the passenger side one wont work. I checked quickly and the wiper is allowed to move freely. Is this an issue with a linkage or something else? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
