My car is running really rough,the exhaust smoke is black and smells like unburnt gas. After running the engine for about 5 minutes the spark plugs are all smoked(black). Changed all vacuum lines and did not make any difference. New fuel distributor, fuel regulator, a use distributor in working condition with new rotor and cap. Any advise on where or what to check next. Thanks
