Anyone know where i can get a set of lights like these...

it looks like the are on a 4k but not a us spec because of the bumper. would love to have these on my car.

I jest - I jest! There was a guy on here a while ago that Lincoln LS lights installed in a 4k - he sold the car iirc.

You good with fabrication?
 

They have some pretty good deals...The 5.75" headlamps come in a package of four units with bulbs for $170. You'd need to do the wiring (or buy one of their harnesses) and fab the mounts/surrounds.
