Default Cold starting problem on 87.5 CGT, where is cold start valve?

On my Coupe, I only have trouble with first start of the day. What could it B?
Cold start valve? If so ,where is it on 87.5's? ISV has no power going ot it(I think)but seems to work when connected to 12v source. Yet the cars is running fine other than cold start prob.

I don't have experience with the CIS-E3 version, but I would guess that you can just follow every line from the fuel distributor, and the one that doesn't go to an injector goes to the CSV.
