Default Audi 4000 Door Handle Retrofit?
Has anyone succeeded (or seen anyone else succeed) in retrofitting the stock Audi 4000 handles to a more modern handle?

For example:

I vaguely recall being able to use Audi 5000 handles? Maybe MK2 Golf/Jetta handles? Don't quote me. Trying to stretch my memory. Good luck!
