Location?
I’ve looked under dash and found said relays, every one has power going to it, is there any chance I have separate fuse under hood ? Maybe a power lead under fuse box that jumps power ? I’m stumped with this and short of ripping the entire console out I don’t know where else to go. The fact they all worked a month ago leads to me to believe somewhere a fuse is blown.

This is that thermofuse:

It's pretty small, like 1/4" thick and maybe 1" wide/tall. Look for that on the under-dash relay panel. I believe it's plugged into a larger relay (I wish I could verify, but I have an '84 which is different). The only other thing I can say is that the power windows go through the load reduction relay (although if that was bad you would definitely know due to no wipers, heater fan, or other high-load accessories) and I believe they all share a common ground, so that's another point of failure.

Update on fix
I try to update as to what the problems were in case it should happen to someone else.
Turns out after ripping console apart and chasing wires, I found the lead that powers the thermal relay was hooked up to the wrong spade on the fuse panel back side. It was providing voltage, but not enough. I checked my diagram and put relay lead on current spade and windows all came to life.
Somebody at at some point has been under there lol thanks to all who offered up knowledge. It’s much appreciated!
