1989 Audi 200 TQ - Parts Car $1000 OBO
For Sale/Parting Out:
1989 Audi 200 Turbo Quattro – Parts Car
I have owned the vehicle for 7 years. The car has approximately 168000 miles on it.
No Ignition – Suspect ECU (Total Audi Performance) appears to be at fault. Pearl white paint is in very good condition. Overall body is in good condition. Interior is in decent condition. Lots of maintenance performed in the last 7 years. I have kept pretty good records. Several upgrades include: Total Audi Performance ECU/wastegate spring modification with driver adjustable boost control. Aftermarket boost gauge. ATE orbital slotted rotors and PBR pads. Recent new front brake caliper. Always used ATE superblue racing brake fluid. 4 Bridgestone Potenza RE950 tires (about 60 percent tread remains).
STEBRO Stainless Steel cat back exhaust system. Many other newer components (this is a partial list), including starter, alternator, after run pump, fuel injectors, timing and drive belts, water pump, thermostat, clutch, clutch master and slave cylinder, fuel pump, thermotime switch, O2 sensor, K&N air filter, multi-funct temp sensor, battery, coolant reservoir, cap, rotor, spark plugs (always Bosch OEM plugs W7DTC). Always OEM or German parts- usually bought from Blauparts. Always Mobil 1 oil every 3000 miles.
This car is not perfect and needs work.
Whom ever buys this car will need to fix the following items: ignition system, air conditioning, cruise control, 2 window regulators, suspension is old and needs attention (however it does have H&R springs), needs a CV joint, no radio is installed, parking brake cable, windshield has a small crack that has been there since I bought the car 7 years ago, fluid leaks, fluid loss (oil/hydraulic), engine burns oil (1 quart every 2000 miles).
