Default 1991 200TQ cooling fan
previous idiot owner accidently switched the leads to the cooling fan thereby reversing its spin. Is this easily fixable or do I need to take it in?

If it is still running you should be able to reverse it to get proper polarity. Strange situation there.

Or do you mean it's blowing into the radiator instead of sucking heat away from the radiator...?
