1993 100 CS Wont Start
My 93 100CS 2.7 wont start. Seems to turnover and want to go but blubbers and stops. Like its not getting fuel. Any quick checks I can do. Just replaced fuel pump about 3 years ago. Thanks for your help.

Didn't these later 100s have a problem with ignition switch, and every now and then the starter??
Do you know for sure if it's fuel related?? Fuel pump relay maybe??
The only other thing that comes to mind with the C4 is fuel distributor would tend to cause trouble on these cars.
Try posting in the C4/100/A6 forum...you should be able to get a better answer there.

I had seen only 2 years old VDO (German) fuel pump fail on the C4 2.8 V6. To find out if it is the pump, you can confirm presence of the fuel at the engine compartment (carefully crack open the fuel supply line). If no fuel, with volt meter check for 12V at the electrical connector on the top of gas tank (access door). If power is present the pump is gone, if no power replace the fuel pump relay (on that car found in the AUXILLIARY relay carrier (under the drivers kick panel inside car).
