Default 200 10V and 20V instrument cluster swap possible ?

All, apologies for the rapid fire threads and questions, any and all info is appreciated. My question: Can I replace my troubled 1990 10V instrument cluster with a 1991 20V cluster? Searching here and elsewhere provides me with conflicting information ranging from Yes they are plug and play compatible, to they are by swapping speedo and tach, to they are by changing a switch setting on the back, to they are Not compatible because of different wiring connectors. Anyone here btdt and can state yes/no for certain? I have a line on a good 20V cluster, but of course don't want it if I cannot use it. Thanks as always.

To anyone who is curious,

I have the 20V cluster on the bench next to my 10V cluster, along with combo stalk switch assemblies from each. As far as the cluster goes, the faces are identical except for the noted different redline on the tach. On the rear of the clusters, the 20V has one resister (or something) that the 10V does not. And the 10V has one wire retaining clip that the 20V does not have. All connections etc appear to be the same, ditto bulbs, and other soldered-on bits. I cannot read the part number sticker on the 20V unit (aged and dull), so I don't have a definitive p/n comparison. On the combo switch assembly, the part number digits are identical, but letter suffix is different, one being E and the other F. My car is still apart as I await parts for the manifold and other service, so installation and testing of these cockpit units will be a while still. But if anyone has info as to whether these differences constitute a no-go for some reason, or what the extra resistor thing is for on the 20V, please let us know!

10V cluster above, 20V cluster below

10V cluster above, showing wire retainer clip not on 20V unit, in red circle. 20V unit below, showing resistor or whatever that 10V unit does not have, shown in red circle.

Stalk switch assemblies 10V below, and 20V above, with different letter suffix shown in red circle. Also, different last two digits of number below red circles. 20V ending in '23' and 10V ending in '33'.

I had a 20v cluster in my 10v for a few years with no problems. Till that speedo starstarted acting up.
