Default 4.2l v8 abh

Which engine would be easier to swap in audi coupe - 4.2l v8 abh or 4.2l v8 abz?

The ABZ starts with the proper exhaust manifolds for the swap, and COP ignition. Two major benefits. My CQ has an ABH in it with ABZ exhaust manifolds, intake manifold and valve covers. I was going to put a PT in my old CQ with ABZ exhaust manifolds and try to squeeze the distributors in to run stock Motronic wiring with a chipped ECU (I have an Abt chip sitting).
