91 200 20V wheel fitment
#11
Also, will the 15x6" BBS wheels off an 89-90 200 fit the 91 20V with the UFO brakes?
Another option I took was to have a machinist make me off-set plates for the front. The machining specs are simple and it cost me like $50 for the two ss front plates once I tracked down a home machinist. Then I mounted A8 16" 5-spoke wheels on the car and used the stock ones for the snows.
But if you have a handle on cheap V8 wheels, those will work w/o modification. If you ever want to go to 16", have some plates made. I believe for a few years there's some aftermarket vendor who makes them, though I think they run more $$ than the custom ones cost me.

Dave I use to liver in Thunder Bay ON Canada and we would Ice race cars in Brainered MN and I think it was oclare WS ?
I shot Ed a quick email and here is what he said.
The BBS wheel on the 200q20v is indeed 15x7.5 with an offset of 35 and is the same wheel used on V8's. The flat-faced wheel that was on the early V8's (1990) is the same size and will fit the 200q20v as well. I believe the common link here is the UFO brakes. V8's were equipped with UFO's in 1990 and 1991 until Audi got tired of replacing them under warranty. Both the flat-faced V8 wheel and the 15x7.5 et35 BBS wheels will fit over UFO's.
I used the flat-faced V8 wheels for winter tires and the BBS for summer tires.

This is a no-go. I've had a v8q 5spd for a while and while you can swap with the 200tq 15" wheels (they are the same), you can't the other 15's from the earlier models when you want to put them over UFO's.
