SUDDEN ACCELERATION

Can anyone let me know why my car occasionally floods when it is warm. The only way to start it is the floor the accelerator and turn the key. It only occasionally does this, otherwise it runs perfectly. I have changed almost every part around the engine, full tune up, etc. Does it require more fuel injector cleaner??

Leaking fuel injectors, the only cure is new injectors unfortunately.
