Hi guys, I am new here. I have an old Audi A6 C4, 2.5 TDI AEL. And I have nightmare with drive shaft and vibrations. I have repaired drive shaft in service and problem is not solved. Vibrations occurs between 75-90km/h. Vibrations are stronger when I push harder accelerate pedal. I'd try to remove drive shaft and block rotating flanche out from gear box where is connected drive shaft. In that way can I make my car to run as FWD, temporarely, and is it safe to drive if it's possible?

C4 would be a TorSen equipped transmission if a manual, or a 4spd ZF (4HP19) if automatic. Neither one will be very happy. Only the locking differential equipped 016 manual can be run with out modifications as FWD or RWD.
