Fuel pump removal.

So how do i get the fuel pump out of my V8Q without the special tool?

I reached down in there and I can feel it wiggle back and forth, but nothing comes loose. Should I just twist harder?

I need to know to because i think mine went out i got no pressure at the regulator side and barley any at bottom line

turn fuel pump counter clockwise should come out
