Default hard hot start, hard start update

1990 200 T. hard hot starting, reluctant cold starting .
Injectors replaced - old were good.
sensors replaced
crank position sensor,
fuel accumulator swapped,
check valve,
residual an dsystem pressure holding ok, accc t manual. Then months of driving and browsing audi forum, desperation , foul language used often, nightmares , junk yard therapy
checking the the pr5essure again- now once drops once not. Aha! FPR haywire.New one 470 Cdn.Junkyard old Old one put in from 5000CS/ one line from OXS valve disconnected ( no inlet for it) OXS frequency valve unplugged. Starts like a blast so far and runs fine. Audi shapes Your psyche and trains endurance. There you go- FPR can fool you quite nice...

Default I have similar issues...

...and made similar replacements EXCEPT the FPR. Thanks for the tip, hopefully it will be the cure for my ills!

Default Re: if you do..

what I did, using different FPR type ( older type) don.t forget to unplug elektrical connector for OXS frequency valve if your car is 89 -91. Otherwise it will pump the fuel out through disconnected banjo fitting and they might mistaken you for the terrorist, or pacifist putting himself on fire.
