Default idle problems

I just finished a MC-1 swap into a 80q and I am having idle problems. The car starts fine and runs and pulls hard, but when I come to a stop sign the engine will die. I keep the idle up and its fine but when I drop down to 800rpms it stumbles and chugs. Rev it up and it sounds good. Also if I let it die on its own the car wont start for about 10 min.......Makes me think its flooded. I am not sure how the ISV works, but its turning on and been cleaned. Does this sound like a incorrectly wiried ISV system? Not real sure if I have this wired up correctly. Its turns on when the starter is engaged. I built a pressure fitting to check, but it seams like the air just runs thru the valves and not sure how to get them all closed? Was wondering if anyone know of a DIY smoke vacuum leak detector. I feel like I am missing a Vacuum somewhere that I can't see. Bentley is not helping me because I have eliminated the emmissions. The one line that is a mystery is the vacuum line that comes out of the bottom of the throttle body???? All the WG and WGFV seam to be hooked up correctly. Any pics, diagrams, guesses, or imputs would be appreciated. Last thing...I may not have the warmup regulator hooked up correctly. Its plugged in off the 80q harness, but I don't have temp hooked up to the harness nor the tach. Info on those would help also. Thanks Jason

First off, did you run your "donor" engine prior to installation? Also you stated that your warm-up valve was plugged into the 80q wiring harness, how much of the old and the new wiring was used in your swap?
