interference motors?
 

are the 3b, mc or nf motors interference or non interference motors? i noticed a small crack in my timing belt today that goes all the way through, only one and its about .5 mm in length and i was wondering if i should replace it before i attempt to start the car, cuz i just rebuilt the head and dont feel like bending any valves any time soon. logic would say yes, but id be at ease to start it if its a non interference engine...

Thanks. I have only bent my valves once and the engine wasn't even running.

Should there be any question? If you know it's bad, replace it!
