Buy a pump and install it yourself. Search the net. $250 at Advance Auto, with a lifetime warranty.
Install is not that difficult. Drain Reservoir. Loosen/remove belt and hoses. Remove bracket bolt. Reassemble with new pump. Refill with proper fluid. Start car with reservoir cap off, and turn wheel back and forth to purge air from system. Top up fluid to Full mark.

This Product worked 100% for me with 1 application
I had already replaced rack in 2006, car now has 350K, I didn't want to replace it again & tried a product I found on Ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/180729562655...84.m1438.l2649
THIS STUFF WORKS, it not only stopped leaking but the car is quieter over bumps & the steering feels like new. this replacement rack always thumped & sounded ratty, I thought it was the age/mileage of the car but now see it's the rack, been over 1 year & no problems whatsoever

The stuff is called SealLube however I would strongly caution against using it. After reading dkarten's post I thought it's worth a shot! Boy was I wrong it turned the slowly weeping re-maned rack into a full on hemorrhage with in a day dumping all the fluid just as my mother pulled into the driveway luckily. One thing I can recommend is using redline power steering fluid in place of the factory hydraulic fluid it's much cheaper and works just as good if not better.
