Default need some help on fuel delivery on my 86' 5ktq

ok so I picked this one up a few weeks ago and started working on it. it sat for 10 yrs in a garage the cars mint, no rust or anything. So i tryied turning it over and it turned but im getting fuel delvered all the way up to the filter and then i get it on the first turn of the engine and then it cuts out. I replaced the fuel pump cause the old one jammed up and cleaned the filter. Any idea where this fuel is getting stuck? I know some fuel is being delvered but very little. Thanks for the help guys

Default CIS a.k.a cold start valve....?

Are the plugs dry??

If they are, try changing fuel pressure regulator.

If none of these, your injectors maybe dirty. Use fuel injector cleaner.

Repost if none of this helps.

Remove the large rubber boot at the fuel distribution and verify that the air flow sensor plate can move. Also verify that the metering plunger move up and down freely.

Since you also indicated that some fuel is getting through, go back and recheck the connection to the fuel pump, perhaps the liner in the tank is falling apart.
