Default Rant

E-brake cables on these cars are a **** to change with out a lift! Trying to get what's left of the clip near the adjuster out! Nothing left to grab.

Default Need parts!

Got the e-brake cable out. But I had to cut it. And the end that I cut is not coming free of the adjuster. The adjuster also appears to be damaged. Looks like I have to cut the adjuster out and replace it. If anyone has one with the t shaped piece on the end please pm me!

Default It's all apart finally!

Now to reassemble tonight after work. Can't wait to start driving it again!
Thinking about modifying a Autometer 20020 to work in my 200. Anyone try this? I need to install a few more gauges than originally planned.

Default Driver side rear

Brake rebuilt. New treads on the rear. E-brake works perfect. Now my stinking fronts are dragging. At low speeds and when turning?WTF? Big reds I believe. They are from 2bennet not sure what they were designed for originally. I'm leaning towards a bad master cylinder and stuck proportioning valve though. Since blowing a brake line started all this. And I had a few miles to go to get home. I'm betting the master went dry. I did the bomb test hard first pump! Fail. Would like to rebuild calipers for peace of mind. Just need to figure out what to get a seal kit for. And wait for my pressure bleeder to show up.(did it old-school and think I've still got air) In the meantime take the bomb off my parts car and try it. The noise from the the brakes when turning has me concerned enough to park the car. Again. This car is almost as stubborn as me. She saw my buddies 4k which has original paint parked in her stall and threw a tantrum!
