well we installed the first test header this weekend
the upper half went on well ..we were so proud of ourselves...then...the bottom half went on...OH &%$$### it does not fit..the flange was off by about 18mm (about 3/4") dam!!
We gazed at it in the car for about 30 minutes until we finally got enough nerve to undo it all again and go back to the drawing board. Well that's all for now hopefully I will have better news next time. NA header?
Check out what Javad's done up for the 10vt and 20vt. Fits the B3 engine bay, but should fit others too. His 90q20vt went over 510whp on the dyno, max'd out the stock CIS fuel pump...

This is a non turbo header for 10V engines.

Looks mint!
Any plans for a turbo version? -Scott by BOSTON |
Cool! Can you share particulars like compression ratio, cam, ign etc and estimated HP. I have a ...
83 cGT that needs resoration and an engine, so I'm shying away from turbo due interferance etc. I am considering a NF engine that comes stock with 130 HP and adding a few standard mods like headers etc.

We are just testing right now...details will come later.

so if i did nf head swap on my mc motor would this work?
|
Not if you want to keep the turbo
These are for a NA engine, not a turbo. It replaces the manifold and downpipe. For your car, it'd replace the manifold, turbo and downpipe. Counter productive, no?
