Default 12v Silicone intake pipes

I remember reading a post about a year ago. The poster replaced the factory intake track with silicone piping like so https://imgur.com/a/u0NVw . That plastic piece that fits over the throttle body is extremely restrictive so its got to go. I got rid of the stock air box on my car an the improvement was noticeable. But I havent gotten around to making a adapter that fits a cone filter to the maf. So I dont have to make one. Im going to get an ebay kit which looks fine https://imgur.com/a/MrArm The piping should give crisper throttle response over the thin, factory ribbed pipe. An the length should give me a nice base to build a bracket and heat shield. Nothing like a rock solid mounted intake for ultra crisp throttle response. But I have looked for more information on the silicone pipe to no avail. I am wondering what size piping do you need to fit around the throttle body?

I did this exact set up when i still hade the 2.8 in my B4 but with oe air box with k/n filter. Got everything i needed from 034, just need to pierce a hole in the metal pipe to screw in a vacuum line.

Need a cobra head for the T body, adaptor from maf to pipe and the bended pipe + clamps...that's pretty mutch it.
