I Was wondering if anyone knew how the starter is wired up in a 1988 Quattro 2.3 NG. I bought the car with a jerry rigged push starter (you have to put the keys in the ignition, turn the keys to on and then push a push button to engage the starter). I was planning on fixing this.i was wondering if anyone knew >what sort of relay and how powerful of a fuse i should use and appropriate gauge wire< (to hook up from the ignition, i have a new switch) i was going to use this diagram pretty much. I have a replacement ignition switch i believe the previous one is broken.
