Default 1994 Audi Cabriolet fuse block

New to this forum and would like to thank all for allowing me to join up.

I have a Audi 1994 cabriolet that the under cowl fuse block cover has been lost. Started with an intermittent no start. Finally traced to the fuse block. The fuel pump relay was so coroded one of the relay legs broke off on removal. We also have intermittent window operations which I attribute to the same fuse/relay block.

Long story short... I want to replace the fuse block. I have been able to locate a lid but no block. I am told

it is discontinued. I would like to find the fuse box with lid and all the relays.

I was hoping folks here might be able to steer me to the appropriate source.

Thanks, in advance, for all help!

Your best bet may be a local bone yard..Audi 90s had the same fuse box (I'm sure) Where are you located? A WTB posted here and over at QW may be a solution. Green Machine over on quatto-world seems to have some Cabriolet spares collected. his email is bradlarz@gmail dot com

Thanks, Rusty. I thought there might be other applications.

The part number for a 1994 Cabriolet fuse block is 443941822A and there are a few out there. That block is an insert into the box holder..you need the fuse block. Google the part number..I found one in europe for 14 euros..https://shop.euroimpex.lt/en/dalis/27422/fuse-box-

See if this fellow will ship to the USA. On the german ebay site some do and some don't. You have to ask. This fusebox is complete with relays..in Germany.

You may be able to soak it in CLR overnight and reinstall.

I have a similar issue with my Coupe.

Can't hurt to try

I can source a fuse box from a local salvage yard. They have a '94 90S. Let me know if you're interested.

Default Relay location 2 & 11?

Are there supposed to be relays in 2 and 11 ? I have a 1997 Audi Cabriolet and I don’t have relays in 2&11 either but as per a manual it says 2&11 are radiator relays.

Heather..those radiator relays are behind the driver's side kick panel under the dash..hidden.

Relay #18 is a high speed fan. As I recall #17 relay is a second speed fan, not vacant. See the Bentley manual attachment. Audi did a poor job of documenting their work.

Relay location 2 & 11? No. Not in USA
