hello all

i am not a formal Audi owner but have recently pulled a 1995 Audi 90 Quattro Transmission from a parts yard car i happens to find.
what I am doing with the trans is swapping it into a saab 900. I am mating it to a saab motor and using the drive train from the 90, diff and rear transfercase.

because of my unfamiliarity with Audi’s I thought I’d ask some questions here.

firstly on this b4 trans there are a few connectors that were not connected to anything when I pulled it.
I’m not sure if that means a TCM or speed sensor?

my initial thought was that in order be able to activate the electronic functionings of the trans I would need some kind of computer that I didn’t think to grab.

also I am wondering that triangular differential can mate to any other rear transfercases...? Unfortunate I only had room in my car for the trans and drive shaft and by the time I will be free from work the car will most likely be crushed! Damn shame considering how rare these cars are becoming.

any insight to the b4, specifically the 1995 5 Speed manual out of the 90 would be great... diagrams... or general conversation to better understand how I will make this work.
