Default 1996 cabriolet, no low beams or fogs

no power at low beam lamps or fog light lamps. please help with where to start and work me through the progression for troubleshooting. fuses and relays look good... love the car, runs and drives great for a car with no maintenance history

Look at page 24 for the headlamp wiring. Looks like two fuses for the low beams..odds are both fuses being bad are very low..but check them anyways.

The fog lamps and headlamps do have a common ground..but the high beams should be a problem too. I would check the headlamp grounds G202..which should be on the left side front chassis..maybe. Look around and do be sure any brown wires that ground anywhere are in great condition.

LOw beams are the yellow or yellow and black wires..see if you have 12v at those wires at the headlamp..if not..start backing up to the switch
