Default 80 B2 - Couple questions from a new owner

Hello everyone!

I've recently purchased an 80 B2 with 1.6 TD engine from 1985. It's in a pretty good shape but obviously not perfect. It's biggest problem was the fuel tank that had had some tiny holes. It's now repaired but the rear seats are soaked with diesel. Tried to wash it out without success. Then took it to a professional cleaner but there's still some diesel in it... I've also tried to find rear seats (or just seats at all) for sale, once again without success. So my first question is that what other cars' seats are compatible with my B2? B3 maybe or some others like VW Passat B2 or Golf Mk2?

The other problem with the car is the electric windows. Rear left's motor is dead and, judging by it's sound and slowness, front right is dying as well. Once again I couldn't find one of these for sale, but not even the OEM numbers. If anyone could help me out with either a part number, or that what other cars' motor is compatible with this, that would be great!

Any helpful answer is appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

I think you may be in Europe as the Audi 80 was not sold here in the USA with a TD engine as far as I know..anyways..

Electric window motors/regulators right rear 813839398A and left rear 813839397A..used by Audi in the 80 and 4000 (in the USA)..they are available..

Front right window motor/regulator part number 813837398A and the left front is 813837397A..as far I can tell..they are Audi only parts. VW may have used the motor in other models but the problem is the regulator too..you may need both.

On the rear seats..MKII VW (or Jetta in the USA) rear seats actually fit the car (dimensional) perfectly. The frames will need to be modified to fit them to the Audi shell, however. The seat bottom should be pretty easy. The upper section is a bit more difficult, but not much.

Thank you for your answer, part number will help a lot!

As for the seats, I dig myself deep in Google and managed to find some service manual pages. As you said the Golf Mk2 seems are fitting size but they need to be fastened with screws, while my seats are a kind of clip-on stuff, no idea what they are actually called. On the other hand, Passat B2 seats seems to be quite similar in shape and also with the clip-on stuff. With that in mind I'm planning to go to a couple of salvage yards and try to fit some seats and figure which one fits better.

Thanks again, have a nice day!
