My rear plastic convertible roof window is cracked, does anyone know how i can replace it myself and where to get instructions etc?

If it has the zipper it can be replaced, there are youtube videos about doing that. If you have a non-zipper type as I do you have to remove the top and have a a specialist such as a boat canvas repair shop do the job. A new top is about $650 a repair is a round $250 and the labor for removing and replacing is over the top about $750. Get the new top and get some friends to help, count on a steak dinner for their help.
