Default CCK questions?

Will VAP's CCK's fit a 94 cs FWD or are they meant for the CQ's also what am exactly gonna need to do this project if it can be done I dont plan on doing ralley riding with it. But with living on Vancouver Island I live in a "booneyish" area where all the highways are very tight and twisty and I need to get my car tighter and handle very well for the curves for this monster.

Even doing just a basic suspension bushing overhaul may help, any idea how old they are?

2nd, and no reason to give yourself an excuse to drive remotely fast with a little one in the back.

Default There was a post recently about a polyurethane

energy suspension kit (that you can buy a lordco) that could be used for control arm bushings.

The kit is for some American vehicle, but the bushings are the right size.

All CCK's sold as "Audi-specific kits," regardless of manufacturer fit FWD Audis (front only)

Default If...

If you go with a coilover conversion... you'll need a set of sleeves/tophats/adjusters, springs, and potentially a few other items.

If you go to GroundControl and order a set of their stuff, you need a pair of 4kq rear sleeves, as well as springs (you pick spring rate). Their kit works with the OE strut mounts, so just pick up a new pair of Boge mounts for your car and put them on at the same time. You will need to tell them which struts you plan to run.

If you plan to go with a VAP CCK setup, then you need a pair of CCK's, as well as a new set of Pro-Mounts to replace the strut mounts... as the kit only works with Pro-Mounts. Then you need to order springs from a supplier, and you'll need to toss a set of Bilsteins in the front.

Lots of other options... replace your springs with an aftermarket set, better struts, etc.
