Default could a bad oil pressure gauge cause the oil pressure warning light to blink?

if you all remember, i changed my lifters couple weeks ago, the noise is still there, jus not as loud, and it doesnt go away above 2000 rpm when the engine is warm
when i start the car, the oil pressure gauge shoots to 5 and stays there

could it be a bad sender or wiring , any ideas?

also changed the oil, noise still there too
not sure wut to do....
