Default This goes out to 1.8t swapped B3 B4s

Ive had my 1993 audi 90s (auto) for about 6 months now. Im planning on doing my build in stages.First is paint and body.Which is almost complete. Then doing a 1.8t swap. Then swapping in a B5 quattro drivetrain. Then doing a gt30 turbo and supporting mods to the 1.8t.

My previous car was a 1999.5 B5 1.8t aeb Quattro W/sport package and tiptronic trans.I had done some mild modifications.Including a k04,walbro 255lph fuel pump, apr tune stg 1, Test pipe downpipe, ebay headers,an some other minor things im probably forgetting.Anyhow the car was heavy it weighed just shy of 4000lbs. An by all means it wasnt fast. The weight really killed it.The 1.8t was a good solid engine though.

Now being that I have a fwd 90.If the internet is right it should of weighed around 3150lbs. I have done some weight reduction and recently took it to the dump to weigh it.It came to 3042lbs. With an 1/8 tank of gas.

Now ive done my research on how to do the swap. Its pretty straightforward. Im just wondering how fast this car will be with this engine, in stock form?I mean were talking about a car that weighs almost 1000lbs less than I had before. An there are some benefits to using this chassis. Like being able to remove the clutch fan for faster revs. Gaining additional weight savings by using a lighter engine.Using the better flowing v6 exhaust pipes.

So to you guys that have done the swap before. How much quicker is the 1.8t compared to the V6?
