Default Headlight Hell - Long

1994 Audi 90S
I recently asked why my high beam light was glowing dimly as was my passenger high beam while the driver's side was fine. It was suggested to check
the grounds, well I did one better, I created a three relay harness and installed RS2 lights. However, the high beam light is still glowing softly and I think I
need to know why that is so and how to fix it because:

RS2 Lights - H1/H1 Ellipsoid -awesome.

Relays are wired like this:
Relay 1 is for the low beams and receives its signal from the driver's side low beam wire. This Low Signal is then grounded to the original ground for
the headlight on the driver's side.
Relay 2 is for the high beams and receives its signal from the passenger side high beam wire. This High Signal is then grounded to the original ground
for the headlight on the passenger side.

[The Following is not applicable, but noteworthy] Relay 3 is NOT Hooked up at the moment. It was hooked up to turn the low beams on when the high
beams are turned on. The signal wire for the high beams runs through Relay 2 to the signal of Relay 3 and then is grounded. Thus when Relay 2 is
activated, Relay 3 is activated as well. The Power from Relay 3 is then sent to Relay 1's signal wire.

Here is how the lights work.
Flash lights - all go on, normal.
Stalk to low beam - fine, normal with the high beam indicator glowing softly.
High beam stalk in the high beam "on" position - high beams work, low beams go out. BUT then after disengaging the high beam stalk to "off" the high
beams do not go off.

The high beams will go off when the low beam stalk is turned off.

Variants I've tried:
1. Low and high beam signal wires coming from the driver's side and grounded to engine block at a common point.
2. Low and high beam signals from driver's side and grounded separately.
3. Low beam signal from driver's side, high beam signal from both sides.

OK, help me please.

Default Sounds like you have a problem inside your switch...

Have you tried spraying it out with some contact cleaner?? It's worth a shot!!
