Water is still getting into the passenger side of my car, mnaking puddles. I cleaned and epoxied the seam that is just in front of the windshield. Nothing else is getting wet but the floor so the water is going directly there. are there any other seams that go bad or do I need to redo the first fix?

I don't know about epoxy, but the local auto parts store has this low viscosity silicone used for window seals, Permatex I think. If that doesn't work, just have someone hose down your car and see where the water is coming from. Also, most cars have rubber plugs under the body for draining water due to immersion inside (i.e. flood damage). Check that those are tight.

From what you're saying, I still don't think that we are talking about the same thing. The seem I am talking about is actually in the engine compartment, and has nothing to do with the windshield. If you open the hood, and take the plastic "gutter" out, on the passenger side, near the drain hole to the wheel well...
