I heard something in my right side inside axle flange of the front axle shaft
I heard something in my right side wheel near the transmission inside axle flange shaft i heard like broken ball bearing or gear its sounds like this corrrugg corruuug is there anybody who can give an idea whats the problem of this sounds my car is audi 80 1991 manual 5 cylinder

Ah yes, the famous "corrrugg corruuug" noise..well, that, sir, is a .....
...who knows.... 
Does sound like a CV joint tho' .. crawl under car and look for one of the cv boots to see if it's torn/leaking grease. That's the dead give-away. That, or you've got a dead hooker my friend...

THERE IS NO LEAK IN cv BOOT remove the front tires I LIFTED MY CAR AND TURN ON THE ENGINE PUT IN FIRST AND SECOND GEAR I HEARD ITS INSIDE or near THE FLANGE ITS LIKE NO TRANSMISSION OIL OR FLUID OR BROKEN BEARING. ANY MORE IDEAS i dont know if cv joint!

there is no leak I can't see if the CV joint near the flange in the block side is bad do I have to open the cv boot? near the engine not near the tires because I heard it from near te CV joint near the flange.
