Default Jack stand mounting points... spot #1 or spot #2?

Spot # 1

This is near the cat. I was thinking a jack stand could go length-wise up in there (not across).

or Spot # 2

Not sure if it would be safe going up along the side of that welded lip. And I didn't want to go across the lip because it might bend.

OR is there an even better spot? I just want to start doing my own oil changes again.

Default NOT #2! i put my jacks on the frame structure just inside of the control arms inline with the rear

of the oil pan.

#1 i believe are the jack-points for when you haveta use the sh*tty OE accordian jack in your trunk

Default Get some Rhino ramps - <$30 at Walmart or go the route I did (edited)

These ramps pictured here were offered by Preferred Living - but I checked their website and they no longer had them. They were $189
They are all steel and are very easy to use

Default oh I didn't realize they were plastic. I have old school metal ramps with wooden extensions

to reduce the entry angle
