My fuel pump doesn't turn on when it's cold out....
Well, since I figured out and fixed the problem with my battery terminal, I've developed another one. Now, when it's cold out, my fuel pump doesn't turn on right away and my car won't start. I discovered this late Saturday night when I went to start my car, and it didn't (150 miles from home too.) I eventually thought about the fuel pump and turned the key to "on" with the door open. It didn't turn on (I didn't hear it). I flipped the key on and off a few times and it finally clicked on. My question is: Is this more likely the fuel pump itself, or the relay? Thanks.

Having to turn it on and off a few times is a dead give away that it is the relay, turning it on and off will help clean off the terminals inside the realy. Either replace it or open up the relay and clean up the terminals.
