My wiper stalk doesn't click in to position to activate the rear wiper when you push it back.
It should do that right? If I push it all the way back it sprays washer fluid on the rear window but that's it.

It doesn't click into place...
one push should activate the wiper, and one push should deactivate it. If it doesn't run, go in the back with a test light and have a friend push the lever while you test the motor wires with a test light. If it's gettting power, take it out and clean/relube the gears in the housing with white lithium grease. If it doesn't get power, it's probably in the switch, start by taking the steering column cover off and blowing all of the connections/switches off with compressed air and see if that helps, then work from there. Hope that helps.

it's just held on with those funny looking interior trim holders...
you know, the little plastic things that press into a hole that is slightly smaller. All you do is pull it off gently (haha). You can feel where each one of the connectors are as you pull the trim piece down, there will be resistance in that spot.
