Default Oil pressure and temp sensors

HI , I'd be grateful for any advice as to the locations of sensors/ senders for the oil gauges and warning lights on my 1995 Audi cabriolet 2.6. The car has developed a fault for showing the right oil temp on the gauge and while I fix that, with your advice, I'll check all circuits for oil gauges/warning lights etc.
Looking underneath the car, at the alloy body of the mounting for the oil filter, I can see there is a sensor at the front and a bigger barrel of a sensor, at the rear of this mounting. I'm guessing the front one is just an on off item that gives the signal for the red oil pressure warning light on the dashboard that goes out when I start the car. I'm guessing the rear sensor is the one that gives the signal for the oil pressure gauge.
This then leaves me with two queries,
1- where can I find the sender unit that gives the signal for the oil temp gauge?
2- I've seen in books mention of oil pressure sensors, I think, for 0.3 bar and 1.8 bar, so does my car gave two, and if so, where is each located?
Any advice valued

Ps
It's been good to have advice on this forum for the hood, _-I'm fully on the case and shortly I will reply further with uploaded pictures of the locations of the elastic straps used by audi for the roof lining. If you haven't guessed, I'm re-making all these elastic straps for my car.
