Rear brake job
My rear brakes are almost worn and ordered new parts for the fix. Just received Brembo Rotors and Akebono Ceramic pads. I have yet to find a manual for the car, as the Bentley manual is for PC's and I have a Mac.
In the mean time, Is there anything I should know about the rear brake job that might be out of the ordinary that I might encounter? Does Audi have a special process that is different than other rear brake jobs. I will probably do this on Tuesday. Are there other parts that are needed or suggested to be changed at this time on the brakes. The car brakes terrifically right now, with no sticking caliper. Just the rear pads are worn.
Hate the brake dust that is coming from the front pads, At some point, I might switch to ECB Redstuff or the Akebono Ceramic pads to remedy this problem. The fronts are almost new pads, but I cant stand, washing them in the morning and having brake dust over the wheels by the end of the day.
Thanks
