Default Audi A1 2017 Bluetooth Connection
Hello,

I purchased a reconditioned Audi A1 (2017) recently and am trying to connect my mobile phone to the MMI.

I am unable to search my mobile device as I see the following message

"Phone not installed"

Would appreciate some input before I take this back the dealer.

Hi,

I have the same problem (Audi A1, 2013, 1.2 tfsi) + iphone 11. Did you managed to resolve the problem?
