My Audi A2 1.4 TDI 2001 on Y started with intermittent ABS and ESP orange warning lights and Red Brake warning with 3 toots of warning sound. Became more frequent over 4 month period. No noticeable braking problems. Local garage diagnostics gave 01130 ABS operation and 01542 Rotation Rate Sensor errors.
I have tried checking connections to G202 yaw rate sensor and replacing with one from EBay costing £60. Not fixed, same warning lights showing. Now MOT fail due to ABS warning light.
Has anyone any suggestions for what to try next? Local garages not interested. Don’t fancy going to Audi dealer!
